By placing an order with Crumb & Bake, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are designed to ensure transparency and a smooth experience for everyone.

1. Orders & Payment

● All cakes are freshly made to order.

● A minimum of 48–72 hours’ notice is required for standard orders. (Standard orders refer to the items listed on our menu). Custom cakes may require more time.

● Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

● We accept payments via bank transfer or secure online payment. Card details are never stored.

2. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

● All cakes are made in a home kitchen that handles allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs and soy. Our kitchen is nut free.

● While we do our best to accommodate allergy-friendly requests, we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% allergen-free.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

● Cancellations made more than 72 hours before scheduled delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.

● Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, as ingredients and time have already been allocated.

● Refunds are not offered for changes of mind or taste preferences after delivery. 

4. Collection & Delivery

● Collection is not available.

● We offer free delivery within London postcodes, subject to availability. A small delivery fee applies to addresses outside of London.

● Once a product has been delivered, we are not liable for any damage caused due to storage.


5. Cake Storage & Care

● Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place and refrigerated if instructed.

● Best consumed within 2–3 days of delivery.

● Crumb & Bake is not responsible for spoilage due to incorrect storage.


6. Photography & Social Media

● Crumb & Bake reserves the right to photograph all completed cakes and use these images on social media, marketing materials, or our website.

● If you prefer not to have your order photographed or shared, please let us know at the time of ordering.


7. Copyright & Design

● All cake designs are original unless otherwise discussed. We do not exactly replicate another baker’s work but can take inspiration to suit your vision.

● Custom designs remain the property of Crumb & Bake.
